A pair of soulful acts out of Los Angeles — Fitz and the Tantrums, delivering hook-heavy pop, and Andy Grammer, providing a dose of R&B-fueled pop — launched a joint headlining tour last week, bringing them to SummerStage on Thursday night for a sweaty dance party in Central Park.
