Slowthai – Webster Hall – April 8, 2022

Slowthai’s second studio album, Tyron, came out last year. (In a rave review, NME calls it “a deeply moving, melancholic—but never self-pitying—record about shame, defiance, childhood, adulthood, mistakes and, ultimately, forgiving yourself.”) And on Friday night in the East Village, the English rapper kicked off a North American tour in support of it at Webster Hall.
