Currently on the North American leg of the world tour in support of their terrific third album, Endless Rooms, endearing Melbourne, Australia, five-piece Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever — crafting stellar music at the jangly intersection of punk and pop — were wildly entertaining on Saturday night at Music Hall of Williamsburg.
