After putting out a host of EPs and singles, Charlotte Day Wilson’s highly anticipated debut LP, Alpha, dropped almost exactly one year ago. She dazzled Music Hall of Williamsburg this past March, and last night, the Toronto contemporary R&B artist returned to play a free show outside at Backyard at Hudson Yards.
